Income Disclosure

The Compensation Plan is an exciting opportunity that rewards you for selling products and services and for sponsoring other participants who do the same. Although the opportunity is unlimited, individual results will vary depending on commitment levels and sales skills of each participant. Success in the ISN business has nothing to do with the market value of silver as ISN specializes in selling collector coins to end users.

Since ISN has recently launched, it lacks enough statistical data to prepare reliable income disclosures. The numbers below reflect estimates prepared by the company pending a more detailed survey to be conducted after its first year. Based on industry standards and company projections, the average annual gross income for Independent Representatives is projected to be anywhere between $500 and $2,000. There will certainly be participants who will earn less while others will earn much more. We’re excited about the Compensation Plan and we’re confident it will provide you a solid foundation to help you achieve your financial goals.

If income projections were presented to you prior to your enrolment, such projections are not necessarily representative of the income, if any, that you can or will earn through your participation in the Compensation Plan. To earn income at ISN you must keep an Active position. By maintaining $100 Personal Qualification Volume (PQV) in ISN Advantage Auto-Saver Sales monthly you are considered Active. This PQV can be obtained from personally being subscribed to an ISN Advantage Auto-Saver or by having a Preferred Customer enrolled on the ISN Advantage Auto-Saver.

All additional product inventory orders made by Business Pros after enrollment and within their first 30 days constitute the Opening Order Bonus. This pays a special bonus to the first four Active Business Pros in the Enroller Line. Any additional product(s) purchased 30 days past enrollment and beyond will count toward Customer and Core Commissions. These bonuses follow the Enroller Line which may not always be the line of placement and are paid on the Weekly Pay Run.

2 Customer Commissions

As an Active Business Pro you earn Customer Commissions in three ways:

1. By purchasing products at Active Business Pro pricing for physical inventory and reselling them to customers at Retail.

2. By directing customers to your ISN Modern Coins site where they purchase directly from ISN and we drop ship the product(s) for you. If your customer becomes a Preferred Customer by selecting an Auto-Saver option they will save up to 10% off the entire product line and you will earn Customer Commissions on any product orders from them excluding* the ISN Advantage Auto-Saver.

3. From any personally referred Business Pros extra purchases (after their 1st

30 days Opening Order period) beyond* their ISN Advantage Auto-Saver.

These commissions are paid weekly. Sales in by Thursday are paid on Monday.

Business Pros that opt out of being personally subscribed to the ISNAdvantage Auto-Saver can qualify as Active by having a Preferred Customer enrolled on the ISN Advantage Auto-Saver.

Collector Pack Bonus (CP) Visual Example #1

If you are a Director and sell 3 Collector Packs, you will earn a $50 CP Bonus from the products within each CP. There are no time restrictions on the CP Bonus, but if you accomplished this within one weekly pay period, you would be paid $50 for each CP sale on Monday!

6 Core CommissionsISN’s base residual income is called Core Commissions. Several different revenues flow into these residuals. They are: All ISN Advantage Auto-Savers, Retail Sales, all Preferred Customer purchases and all Business Pro extra coin purchases made after their first 30 days. The Core Commission is based on a Unilevel structure, but with Compression. This allows you to be paid on the proper number of levels. Any given level is determined by Active Business Pros only, inactive Business Pros do not count as a level. As you progress through the ranks at ISN you will continue to earn on deeper levels. Core Commissions follow the Sponsorship Line and are paid on the Monthly Pay Run.

7 Executive Depth Bonus

We have eliminated the typical Unilevel cap. When you reach the rank of Executive the 8 level cap is removed and you have the ability to start earning the Executive Depth Bonus (EDB). The EDB follows the Sponsorship Line and is paid on the Monthly Run.

You earn 5% Core Commissions on your levels 1 through 8 and a 2% EDB on levels 9 through the 8th level of the 2nd Executive below you in any given leg.

On sales where “Customer Commissions” apply, (Such as: Retail Sales,all Preferred Customer purchases beyond the ISN Advantage Auto-Saverand Business Pro extra coin purchases beyond their 1st 30 days and their ISN Advantage Auto-Saver) the full Core Commission distribution, most commonly 3% of the purchase price, is paid proportionately through each level of theCore and Executive Depth Bonus. 8 Leader’s PoolWe have set aside a special Leader’s Pool for our top performers. We’ve taken 2% of the total company BV (excluding orders paid as an Opening Order Bonus) and split it into two pools. The first pool can be accessed when you achieve Platinum Director and both pools can be accessed as an Executive. The amount of credits you receive in each pool is determined by the Highest Ranking member (does not need to be personally enrolled) in each of your legs with the maximum of up to three legs.

9 Benz Bonus

While promoting Financial Health, Wealth and Security our Business Pros can experience the supreme business vehicle by getting qualified for the Benz Bonus. At ISN we make it easy, simply maintain the third Business Pro rank of Gold Director or higher for 2 consecutive months and become eligible for a monthly Benz Bonus car allowance that goes toward any model White, Silver or Black ISN branded Mercedes Benz!

After you maintain the rank of Gold Director for 2 consecutive months and have received your new car, you earn a $600 Benz Bonus from ISN to apply toward the ISN Benz Program. ISN will continue to pay the $600 per month Benz Bonus for LIFE as long as you maintain the Gold Director rank and continue to drive an ISN Benz. If you don’t elect to get a Benz, you have the option of earning a $400 monthly cash bonus instead… It is paid on the Monthly Pay Cycle. There is a Grace Period that applies to the Benz Bonus. Once the 2 consecutive month period has been achieved it will not need to be achieved again.

Program Term: ISN Mercedes Benz Program runs through March 31st 2014 and is extended until December 31st 2014 for Business Pros in countries ISN opened in the 2nd half of 2013. ISN reserves the right to deny entry of any new qualifiers for the ISN Mercedes Benz VIP Club beyond this time. If you qualify in the ISN Mercedes Benz Program prior to this date, you will still be eligible for Mercedes Benz bonus as outlined in the guidelines. Benz Bonus Grace Period: When you initially maintain Gold Director for 2 consecutive months you will remain qualified for the Benz Bonus for a 1 month period in any future month you might first fall below Gold Director Qualification. There is only 1 life-time grace month payout after which your Qualified Rank must be at least Gold Director to resume the Benz Bonus.

The Lobby: When you enroll a new Business Pro they will remain in the “Lobby” on your first level for 60 days. After the 60 days are up (if not placed) they will remain on your 1st level.

60 Day Placement: Gives you the ability to take your new Business Pros and sponsor place them anywhere in your team, within the 60 day time frame.

60% RANK CRITERIA: No more than 60% of the total required Rank Qualification Volume can come out of any single leg. For example, a Gold Director can only count 60% of $12,000, or $7,200, in any one leg to qualify for that rank. Applies to Rank qualification only, and does not limit commissions.ACTIVE: To earn income at ISN you must keep an Active position. BUSINESS PRO (BP): An Independent Distributor at any rank is called an ISN Business Pro.BV: Business Volume, the amount of each product sale that counts toward bonuses and commissioning. In most cases, ISN products offer “dollar for dollar BV”. For example: A purchase of a coin for $119, counts as $119 BV. On single items with a retail price of $1,000 or more and GEM BU tubes of 20 Silver Eagle coins; the Business Volume is 50% of the sale amount. COMPRESSION: Allows you to earn on a true number of levels by eliminating Inactive Business Pros from the commission calculation.DOWNLINE/GROUP/ORGANIZATION/TEAM: Those people directly sponsored by an Independent Business Pro, plus all the people whose line of sponsorship resulted from and came through that Independent Business Pro. ISN Career Path QualificationsManager (M): An Active ISN Business Pro.

Director (D): Remain Active, have 2 Active Business Pro Legs of at least $100 BV each and a total of $300 Group Qualification Volume (GQV) per month.

Silver Director (SD): Remain Active, have 2 Active Business Pro Legs of at least $100 BV each and a total of $3,000 GQV per month with 60% Rank Criteria.

Gold Director (GD): Remain Active, have 3 Active Business Pro Legs of at least $100 BV each and a total of $12,000 GQV per month with 60% Rank Criteria.

Platinum Director (PD): Remain Active, have 3 Active Business Pro Legs of at least $100 BV each and a total of $50,000 GQV per month with 60% Rank Criteria.

Executive (EXE): Remain Active, have 3 Active Business Pro Legs of at least $100 BV each and a total of $100,000 GQV per month with 60% Rank Criteria.

One Star Executive (1SE): Help one person achieve Executive in any one of your legs. Does not have to be personally sponsored or enrolled.

Two Star Executive (2SE): Help two people achieve Executive, each within a separate leg.

Three Star Executive (3SE): Help three people achieve Executive, each within a separate leg.

Four Star Executive (4SE): Help four people achieve the rank of Executive, three of which must come from separate legs.

Five Star Executive (5SE): Help five people achieve the rank of Executive, three of which must come from separate legs.
