How does the technology work? Our team have worked tirelessly to develop this unique image recognition software. The invisible code in the target image that is read by the app is based on almost 1000 points of recognition.

What image format should the target image be? We like to keep it simple and suggest a medium resolution Jpeg.

What type of content can be embedded into an image using iSmartPhoto? Videos (mov, mp4) images (jpeg) and URLs.

What type of devices can I use the iSmartPhoto App on? Apple iPhone 4S and later, Apple iPad, Android smart phones.

How long does my iSmartPhoto experience take to create? Once you have submitted the target image and the content, usually 24 hours

How should I size the images for iSmartPhoto encoding and the image gallery or video? The image you upload as the "target" or "active" image to be discovered should be the shape and orientation you would like the end user to view the media in. Landscape images obviously suit horizontal video files. If you want to experience a video from a square or vertical image, there will be cropping on the video where the target image cuts off. If you want to experience a video slideshow from a square or vertical image, crop the images in the gallery exactly the same as the RATIO as the target image.

How long will my experience last for? Until the account holder deactivates it.

What is the best way to create samples for my business? Set up a test account for your business. Create all iSmart experiences in that account with your studio or mobile phone number as the code. All sample images are linked to that code.
