I can’t even begin to tell you how excited I am about Island Jane Magazine this year. We have grown so much in
just a few short months and the overwhelming support we have received from all of you has been so motivating. Thank you!
We asked you to tell us about the women that you know in the Keys who are doing interest-ing things or have a great story to tell. Not that I’m surprised, but as it turns out there are a lot of really cool women out there!
It has been very inspira-tional to read through them. We have found courage, excitement, beauty, heartbreak, hope, talent, ambition, perseverence, lessons
learned, a few sharp tongues and a big dose of humor in their stories. I can’t wait to share them with you!

The Island Jane writers have really stepped up to the plate this month with some good quality information on boating, diving, seafood, and even some creative Keys-ey resolutions that you may want to take for your own. I’ve got my eye on #4, My boys are a little old for sandcastles, but you never know....
