    nationalism and racism. Anti

    Muslim sentiment is

    used for political gain by different factions of Myanmar soceity andrestrictions such as movement, higher learning, health care,

    ,on Rohingya since 1993 remain unaddressed. Rohingya in Arakan donot have access for the right of worship at Mosques, observance,practice, expression and learning at religious schools since violenceerup e n .

    A community is genuinely healthy when all people, not only one, .needs and legitimate aspirations of our groups and even of generalwelfare of the entire human family. This concept of common goodseems to be missing in action in our contemporary Myanmar public

    life, not the utilitarian formula of the greatest good for greatestnumbers, but normal formula of greatest good for all, simply on thebasis that they are human beings and therefore inherently worthy
