As team coach I accept the responsibility of insuring that all skaters on my team are current, 2019-2019 Individual or Professional members of the Ice Skating Institute (ISI) and are participating at the test level(s) currently on file with the ISI. I agree to correct any test or membership issues that may result in the pre-event national audit, prior to the start of the competition on Sunday May 5, 2019. Should any skaters on my team participating in the 2019 Tournament of Roses prove, in the national exit audit, to either be non-members of the ISI or have skated at untested level(s), I accept that any team points accrued from their performance(s) will be deducted from the team point total, as well as a 25 (twenty-five) point penalty per non-compliant skater. The participation of any Professional, as a judge representing my team who is either a Professional non-member or non-compliant in their judge's certification(s) will result in a team point penalty of 50 (fifty) points.

I agree to be available throughout the competition as team coach. I agree to make sure we have judges available to fill all of our required judging slots. I have let all of the judges know that a judging requirement takes precedence over putting a skater on the ice.

All judges are registered with and certified by the ISI as of April 7, 2019.
