ISB FACILITIES

The ISB campus, spread over an

expanse of 260 acres, is truly world

class and offers state-of-the-art

amenities and fi rst class technological

and research resources to the

participants. It is located in Hyderabad,

the capital of Andhra Pradesh, which

has become a constant fi xture on

the itinerary of global leaders and

business delegates including George

W Bush, Bill Gates, Bill Clinton, and

Tony Blair.

ACADEMIC

CENTRE

The heart of the campus is the

Academic Centre which houses

an extensive library, a computer

lab, classrooms, faculty offi ces,

administrative offi ces, lecture theatres,

meeting rooms, and an auditorium

with a seating capacity of 400. It

has a communications network that

provides instant global connectivity.

The Courtyard in the middle of the

Academic Centre is the social hub

of the campus, providing space for

dining halls, service outlets, facilities

and leisure.

EXECUTIVE

HOUSING

ISB has an in-house executive

housing facility with 100 rooms. The

facility is managed by a professional

hotel group and is a 5 minute walk to

the academic centre. The executive

rooms are designed to provide a

comfortable stay and are equipped

with cable TV, internet connections,

business centre facilities etc.

LEARNING

RESOURCE

CENTREThe library, known as the Learning

Resource Centre (LRC) supports

the ISB in building an internationally

top-ranked research driven

management institution. LRC holds

a massive collection of printed as

well as electronic resources which

include books, journals, databases,

e-books, e-journals, reports, case

studies, conference proceedings,

training manuals, etc. Currently the

LRC has over 30,000 books, 360

print journals and has access to 50

online databases including over 2000

e-journals.

IT INFRASTRUCTUREThe ISB’s intensive use of technology provides a competitive advantage in its

core areas of education and research. From the lecture theatres, participants

can interact by computer or video-link with faculty, industrial leaders and others

anywhere in the world. The teaching is augmented and facilitated by the use

of a high quality Learning Management System (LMS) which administers the

courses and hosts the online learning material.

OTHER

FACILITIES

Recreational facilities help you stay

fi t in spite of your busy schedule.

The Recreation Centre includes a

swimming pool, a gymnasium, a room

for yoga and aerobics, a basketball

court, a football/cricket ground,

squash courts and tennis courts.

There are instructors for those who

need training in any of the above

activities. Every need like dining,

laundry, housekeeping, and banking

is taken care of, allowing participants

to focus on studies.
