ISA TAEKWONDO RANK REQUIREMENTS Do to the great amount of requests for the information on this site, I bow to the majority. Here are the requirements to achieve rank in taekwondo through the International Sungja-Do Association. If you were attending a class in person at my dojang, then you would see that these requirements are not all that is taught. But, to be fair to the webmaster, it is easier to put these "ballistic" movements on paper (web), and the more esoteric movements are too hard to explain in black and white.
