    • Devlop Interpersonal skills: This includes communication skills, team work, life skills.

    • Devlop Time and Task Management

    • Learn from others' experience

The word "intellect" means as rational power or power of mind to understand things. So an intellectual is one well-endowed with mental power or power to reason.
