EVENT & SERVICE RULES & REGULATIONS

1) An additional service fee of 250€ applies to each booked event. 2) Service Fee includes a. Electricity - one (1) connection up to 3kw (230V), additional needs can be booked on request; 50m cable drum needs to be provided by the exhibitor b. Security - includes a patrolling expo area surveillance (for steady security, an individual booth security can be booked on request) c. Waste Disposal - includes regular waste materials in appropriate quantities 3) Minimum size tent is 3x3m (9m2). 4) Tent rental options include a rental tent and the booked space. Alternative dimensions are available on request. 5) Athlete Bag insert is limited to a flyer or small product sample (needs prior approval from IRONMAN) 6) IRONMAN brand policy: the offer is valid for one brand per nine (9) square meters; One (1) additional brand per nine (9) square meters can be booked for EUR 500,00 each. 7) EMEA Expo Discounts: 03+ booked events or 050+ m² = 05% discount 10+ booked events or 100+ m² = 10% discount 15+ booked events or 300+ m² = 15% discount 8) The fees set forth above are exclusive of taxes or fees, which are the responsibility of the EXPO customer.
