John Teeling Chairman Over 40 years’ resources experience, including the earlydays of zinc mining in Ireland, John founded ArkleResources (previously named Connemara Mining) and,amongst others, African Diamonds developing the Karowemine in Botswana (now Lucara), Pan Andean Resources,Minco, and Kenmare Resources. Mr. Teeling holds degreesin Economics and Business from University College Dublin,an MBA from Wharton and a Doctorate in BusinessAdministration from Harvard.

David Cockbill Non-Executive Director Experienced corporate financier and public capital marketsexecutive. Studied accountancy at Manchester Universitybefore commencing a 35 year career in the City of Londonat various leading investment banks as a proprietarytrader. David has been a Financial Conduct Authorityregulated person for the last five years, focusing onopportunities within the micro-cap sector and raisingcapital for public companies in the natural resources andtechnology sectors.

Jim Finn Financial Director Over 20 years’ experience with exploration companies andextensive experience in their administration, responsible forlisting several resource companies, including two of the firstcompanies ever listed on AIM - Pan Andean Resources andAfrican Gold. He holds a degree in Management and anAssociation of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA)qualification.

Gavin Berkenheger Consultant Geologist Chartered and European Geologist, extensive knowledge ofIrish and UK mineral deposits. Has spent the last 12 yearsexploring for gold and base metal resources in Ireland andScotland, aided in the development of the Curraghinaltgold deposit in Northern Ireland and is a Director ofGreenOre Gold Plc exploring for gold in Scotland. He holdshonours degree in Geology and Petroleum Geology fromthe University of Aberdeen.
