basic purpose of an Islamic state is to implement the whole socialsystem in the state. Therefor, different judicial institutions wereestablished in the Islamic history. Shortly, in the form of islamic socialsystem, islamic state was successed to provide equal justice to allmuslims and non muslims. Currently, those Problems, which arebeing faced by pakistan, can be solved through the implementationof islamic social system in the counrtry.
