The pretreatment, Seawater Reverse Os-

mosis (SWRO) treatment, and post treat-

ment equipment are all housed in one 40-foot container, saving space, conserving energy, and enabling easy

installation and relocation. With its small footprint, the plug-and-play-systems are ideal for construction sites,

mining camps, remote communities, and more.

Quality Drinking Water for 500 to 20,000 People per Day per box.

Offering a low carbon footprint and minimal maintenance, the

Saltwater Box is an economical and efficient solution to the drink-

ing water needs of small communities, mining sites, oil & gas op-

erations, islands, and remote locations. We offer 5 pre-engineered

systems treating up to 2,000 cubic meters per day (or 528,000 gal-

lon per day). Each control module can link one additional control

module and nine additional Treatment Systems allowing the total

system to expand to accomplish treatment of any size.

State-of-the-Art Technology — IRG’s

desalination systems feature state-of-

the-art technologies to provide high

quality permeate at the lowest possible

cost. The PureBoxTM systems utilize

Danfoss APP pumps which are some of

the most efficient positive displacement

pumps available. Even more efficiency

is achieved with a Danfoss iSave or APM

energy recovery unit. IRG use only high

quality thin film membrane elements

from manufacturers such as Koch Mem-

brane Systems, Dow Filmtec, Hydra-

nautics, and Toray. All systems include

an integrated membrane cleaning sys-

The PureBoxTM desalination systems are built inside intermodal

dry cargo shipping containers that have been specifically modified

for water treatment applications. This results in a fully self-

contained, fully functional desalination system that can be deliv-

ered to a site and put into operation with a minimum of site prep-

aration. The PureBoxTM is one of several versions of the Pure-

BoxTM product and is designed to treat seawater for the produc-

tion of potable water or purified process water. The PureBoxTM

Desal treatment system offers a number of benefits that makes it

an excellent choice for your desalination application.

modal shipping container. Simply unload the container, make pip-

ing and electrical connections, and start treating water.

Solutek is a water treatment product

comprised of organic components

(that is organic, meaning from natural

products, as opposed to the Chemical

meaning that the compound contains

carbon). Solutek has been produced

in Australia for over 18 years

(sometimes under the name, Probac)

and has a long proven history of pro-

ducing benefits for our clients. The

product is non-toxic, not classified as

a Dangerous Good and is safe to add

to any treatment environment. So-

lutek works through a biological

mechanism rather than a chemical

approach. It seeks to address core

deficiencies in the treatment environ-

ment rather than addressing sympto-

matic issues that are commonly the

focus of chemical based products.
