1st Page Visibility

Get more views and leads when your listings appear on the First Page of the search results. A green indicator is seen on the listings. Continue to re-advertise to ensure that your listings are always prominent to attract more views and leads.

Medium Visibility

Medium listing visibility indicates that the listing has dropped to the 2nd page of the search results. A yellow indicator is seen on the listings and it acts as a guide to ensure you re-advertise your listing to continue to get more views & leads.

Low Visibility

Low visibility indicators will appear when your listings have dropped to the 3rd page and beyond. A red indicator is seen on the listings and it acts as a guide to ensure you re-advertise your listing to continue to get more views & leads.

1. What is iProperty.com Malaysia’s iRealtor Mobile application?

It’s a mobile tool developed to make it more convenient and easy for you as a property agent or negotiatorto manage your listings while you’re on the go.

2. How do I get the iRealtor Mobile application?

Android: You can get the iRealtor app directly from Google Play Store – search and download “iRealtor MY”

iOS: You can get the iRealtor App from directly from App Store – search and download “iRealtor MY”

Android: This is most probably because your Android phone isn’t updated to the latest software. In order todo that, you’ll need to update your phone 2.3.3 version and above. Please visit your phoneprovider to find out how to update to the latest version.

iPhone/iPad: This is most probably because your iOS phone isn’t updated to the latest software. In order todo that, you’ll need to update your phone to the latest or minimum 7.0 version and above. Please visit yourphone provider to find out how to update to the latest version

3. App Store tells me that my phone is not compatible with this application. What do I do?

4. Do I need to register as an iProperty.com Malaysia member in order to use this application?

In order to use iRealtor Mobile app, you’ll need to register yourself for an iRealtor account.

5. I can’t log into my account. What should I do?

You may need to check your activation and registration status if you have an iRealtor account. Please call us at +603-2264 6888 or email [email protected] for more information.

Also, you may want to check your Android/iOS phone’s data connection to see if you are connectedto the internet.

6. What do I do when the application suddenly closes when I am halfway navigating through it?

This usually happens when your phone opens up too many applications or when the iRealtor Mobile application is having some issues. Please launch the application again.

7. What features does this application have?

There are many comprehensive features in the iRealtor Mobile App. Please refer to the“Features” page to find out more.

8. What is the difference between a regular iProperty.com Malaysia member account and an iProperty.com Malaysia Agent account?

The iProperty.com Malaysia’s Agent account is solely for the ownership of a Registered Real Estate Negotiator /Agent / Agency.

If you are not a Registered Real Estate Professional, as consumers, you can register on iProperty.comMalaysia website to view listings and updates in the property industry.

9. What devices will the iRealtor App work on?

The app will work on devices running on Android version 2.3.3 and above and iOS 7.0 version and above.The app is compatible with all types of mobile devices.

10. Does the iRealtor App consume any data on my phone?

Yes. It is highly advisable that you sign up for a data plan with your network provider. If you do not have any data plan but would still like to use this application, please ensure your phone’s WiFi is turned on in order to use the app.

11. How do I add a new listing from this application?

Android: You can click on the (+) icon located on the top right/below when you are on the ManageListings page

iOS: You can tap on the “Add Listing” icon located on the top right/below when you are on theManage Listings page

12. Are the drafts I save on the app accessible when I log in from my desktop?

Yes, any drafts created on the app will be accessible wherever you log onto iRealtor from, be it desktop or mobile.

Note that if the mandatory fields in the draft are not completed, your draft will be classified under “Others”.

Note mandatory fields need to be completed in order to save your draft.

13. How do I upload pictures to my listing from this application?

From “Add Listing” or “Edit Listing” screen, just tap on the “ Take photo or Select Photo ” icon fromGallery to add pictures.

14. How do I edit listings from this application?

For listings that are already published, you would need to go to the “Online Listings” screen before youcan do that. Once you’re there, tap on your listing and edit details as needed. No credits will be deductedfor editing your listing.

For draft and offline listings, you can access them from the App Menu and follow the same steps to edit.

15. How do I access the App Menu?

You can bring up the App Menu from any screen by swiping your finger from left corner of screen to right. You can also click on the Navigation Menu icon to bring up the App Menu.



16. What does the visibility index on my online listings indicate?

The Visibility Index gives you an indication on where your listing currently ranks when a consumer searches for properties by location on the iProperty.com Malaysia’s website.

“First page visibility“ appears green on the iProperty.com Malaysia’s website which indicates that yourlisting is well-visible on the first 20 listings of the search result page.

“Med visibility” appears yellow on the iProperty.com Malaysia’s website which indicates your listings areamong the 21-40 listings on the second page of the search result page.

“Low visibility” appears red on the iProperty.com Malaysia’s website which indicates your listings have fallento the 3rd page and beyond of the search result page.

17. I’ve re-advertised my listing and the visibility index has not changed. Why is this so?

When you re-advertise, your “Featured” listings immediately appear on the 1st page of the search result page.On the iRealtor app, the visibility index will be reset to ‘’ ’’ when you refresh your listings as our visibility

indicator updates every 15 minutes. After 15 minutes, you will be able to view your updated visibility index onthe iRealtor App.

18. How do I view my account information?

A quick snapshot of your account’s available Featured Credits and Ad Credits can be seen at the top of the App Menu. Tap anywhere in the Account snapshot area on the App Menu to be taken to your “My Account” screen.

19. How do I view and answer my enquiries from this application?

You can tap on “Enquiries” from the App Menu to access all your iRealtor enquiries or tap on the “Enquiries” button when viewing specific listing details.

With the Mobile app, you can view your enquiries by property or by latest date. You can call or emaildirectly from your app.

20. How do I feature my listings from this application?

From the “Online Listings” screen, you can tap on the “Feature” button to make each listingfeature individually.

”.21. How do I re-advertise my listings from this application?

From the “Online Listings”, you can tap on the “Re-advertise” button to re-advertise each listingindividually.

You can also tap on the “Re-advertise” button to re-advertise a listing from the listing detail screen.

22. How to re-advertise multiple listings all at once?

You can re-advertise multiple listings all at once by tapping and holding your selected listings selectedto be re-advertised.


”.23. How do I make my listing premium from this application?

From the “Online Listings”, you can tap on the “Premium” button to make each listing premiumindividually. You can also tap on the “Premium” button to make your listing premium from the listingdetail screen.

24. How do I take my listings offline?

Click on the individual listings, and you can change your listing status from “Online” to “Offline” by tapping on the “ON” toggle button under Status.

25. How do I resume my work if my phone gets distracted by receiving calls or SMSes?

Simply re-launch the app by tapping on iRealtor icon in your app list. You should be back at where you previously stopped without any data loss.

26. How do I refresh my listings, content or enquiries?

In order to check the latest listing changes, enquiries or account information, you can pull down the screen to refresh or tap on the icon on the top right and select “Refresh”.

27. Can I select multiple enquiries to perform an action?

In order to select multiple enquiries, tap on the green “mail” icon box. When selected, this green box will change to grey and display a “tick”. You can tap again to de-select, or continue to mark selection as read, unread or archive.
