• 中国炼焦及煤化学工业股份有限公司（以下简称中国煤焦）是一家佛罗里达州的垂直整合煤炭和焦炭公司。中国煤焦同时使用自己的矿产资源以及第三方的矿产来为钢铁制造商，发电厂及各种工业用户生产初级和其他增值类的煤炭产品。中国煤焦目前在中国中部的河南省拥有采矿权及每年生产煤炭30万吨的能力。中国煤焦自2002年开始生产冶金焦炭，目前是中国中部地区钢铁生产商的主要供应商。

• SinoCoking Coal and Coke Chemical Industries, Inc., a Florida corporation is

a vertically-integrated coal and coke processor that uses coal from both its

own mines and that of third-party mines to produce basic and value-added coal

products for steel manufacturers, power generators, and various industrial

users. SinoCoking currently has mining rights and capacity to extract 300,000

tons of coal per year from mines located in the Henan Province in central

China. SinoCoking has been producing metallurgical coke since 2002, and

acts as a key supplier to regional steel producers in central China.
