Ms.Sunita Shah, Asst. Professor
Innovations provide great opportunities to spur creativity
and energy among students, making them active.
Generally students are more active and they get a genuine
platform to satisfy their creative instincts. Our teacher
educators design such constructive subject curriculum
which provides ample opportunities to students for
innovation. The innovative strategies are not merely
restricted to classroom teaching but also extended to
practical and evaluation domains like
e-observation in practice teaching, students’ self-
evaluation in internship, cine role play in subject teaching
etc. The institution always encourages professors and
students to step on innovative methods to nurture their
creativity and in doing so prepare pragmatic teachers for
the society.
Mr. Mohan Dhawalikar –Chairman-CSSM-
“We are what we repeatedly do; excellence then is not an
act, but a habit.” said Aristotle. Quality up gradation is not
a onetime phenomenon. Quest for excellence is a
continuous and perennial pursuit. Documentation of
various programmes/activities leads to develop quality
improvement. All activities of IQAC need to be planned
through democratic approach, involving the share of each
member of the organization. Dissemination of information
should be the next step. Students should be involved in
decision making process as they are important
stakeholders in quality initiatives. All the stakeholders of an
institution should promote and encourage the activities of
the IQAC in order to make the institution a Centre of
Excellence.
