Description
The Project Sounding Board (PSB) is an advisory group of 15-20 members from different stakeholders who will
provide feedback and guidance on issues during the project’s lifetime.

Ensure that a common understanding is established on the project’s acquisition of the Indigenous Peoples
Rights Act Law mandate on “free and prior informed consent” certification;
Help determine the success of the project;

impact to the IP’s in the ARMM;
Will play a strategic role as partner and beneficiary of administrative reform and institution building in the
implementation of the project.

the rights of Indigenous Peoples in the ARMM.
Review on the available legal frameworks like E.O.s, Resolution & MMAA to operationalize the IPRA in the
ARMM.

For OSCC- ARMM to function as facilitative agency and issue certificate of pre-condition as one of the
requirement to proceed the project.
A review on the provisions of the GAD Code of ARMM and ensure inclusion of IP Women agenda and other
relevant laws protecting IP women’s right and participation.

For DILG and LGU to assist, recognized and provide support for the conversion/creation of Tribal barangays for
IP’s in the ARMM.
For NCIP to assist in the issuance of certification of CADT application of the 4 tribes in the project.
