Who should aend: Anybody responsible for soldering to a recognize standard for Soldering. Topics covered: Module 1 Introducon (Mandatory) Module 2 Wires & Terminals (Oponal) Module 3 Through Hole Technology (Oponal) Module 4 Surface Mount Technology (Oponal) Module 5 Inspecon (Oponal) This training is a part praccal course. Course duraon: 5 days for all modules, each module is 1 day duraon. On successful compleon of the closed and open exam the student will receive a J-STD-001 Applicaon Specialist cerficate which is valid for 2 years. The J-STD-001 Space Electronics hardware Addendum is oponal module. It provides addional requirements over those published in the J-STD-001 to ensure the reliability of soldered electronic assemblies that must survive the vibraon and thermal cyclic environments experienced while travelling and operaon in space.
