What do we do?
Cornerstone of the IPaM program is to equip business with the skills to develop and implement a safety management system.

IPaM Mid term evaluation
• 22% reduction in statutory claim numbers
• 3.2% reduction in average duration of claims
• a subsequent 11% reduction of average claim costs for employers in the supported self-management group
• an average premium rate decrease of 2%; and
• total statutory claims costs reduced by $2.2M.

Water boring company DEPCO Drilling expanded into mining and mineral exploration in 1992. DEPCO has 33 drilling rigs and employs 168 people across Queensland and NSW
