This method helps in finding new ideas and discovering opportunities. Its all about asking questions and recording your observations to find new solutions.

• Understand what you are trying to solve and make connections between the customer and the product

• Begin to develop ideas of what kind of products might appeal to customer

ExploreCuriosity and Possibilities

• Research current products to gain a better idea of how to create the ideal product for the customers

• Find ways of achieving the wants and needs of the customer

DefineClarify and Synthesize

• Chose what you believe are they best solutions using your research

• Figure out how you can turn those concepts into reality

IdeateCreativity

• Begin to create models of your concept

• Remember to keep your customer’s wants and needs in mind

• Continue to explore your possibilities and shape your model accordingly

PrototypeTest

• Create a model or version of the final product• This will serve as a basis or standard for later stages
