ANO Meeting Minutes June 2, 2015 Iota Phi Theta Fraternity, Inc. Alpha Nu Omega Alumni Chapter June 2, 2015 Business Meeting -Meeting called to order by Polaris John Branch at 6:40 pm. -Prayer and Recitation of Stars led by Bro. Tremaine Russel. -Quorum was determined to be achieved. -Motion to accept the agenda with flexibility was moved and properly seconded by Bro. Dion Craig and Bro. Bryan Thompson. -Minutes from last meeting are posted on the chapter website. -Motion to accept last meeting minutes was moved and properly seconded by Bro. Dion Craig and Bro. Tremaine Russel. I. -Treasurer’s Report $3214.73-Chase $371.01-PayPal =$3585.80-Total -Chapter is nationally financial. -25 locally financial brothers. Goal is 30 II. -Community Service -Orientation at SHAPE Community Center -June 20, 2015 -class to establish ourselves as volunteers -3815 Live Oak St. Houston, TX 77004 -American Red Cross -June 20, 2015 -meeting to discuss CPR Training and Disaster Preparedness III. -Regional/National Information -There is still time to register for Conclave -Call in for National Directory -Register for St. Jude

c. August meeting will take place on August 11, 2015 dues to Conclave.
