IOS comprises the operating system and technologies that you use to run applications natively on devices , such as ipad, iphone and ipod touch.

IOS even ensures that performance and battery space life don’t suffer even if you are multitasking.

It had a 14.9 % shared of the smartphone mobile OS units shipped in the third quarter of 2012, behind only google’s android.
