PROFILE

I am a multi skilled engineer dealing with all aspects of building maintenance and qualified in both electrical and mechanical fields. With over 20 yrs experience in commercial and industrial maintenance and installations, I have obtained 10yrs supervisory experience, in building maintenance, dealing with subcontractors, tenants all aspects of health and safety and team management of engineers. Supervisor maintenance for EMCOR services dealing on daily basis with PPM’s, contractors, issue PO’s, emergent requests, ORF’s, reactive maintenance, toolbox talks ,health and safety issues, risk assessments, method statements ,permits to work, manage a team of 4 shift engineers and 2 apprentices. I work with BMS Trend and all aspects of controls maintenance issues.Weekly meetings with my line contract manager and liaise with client to give updates on all works progress and to advice on all ongoing jobs and issues, delivering reports.Electrical Projects in value of £300k carried out for the client.
