All Member States commit themselvesto the purposes and principles of theUnited Nations Charter;

Member States are sovereign,independent and equal in rights andobligations;

All Member States shall settle their

disputes through peaceful means andrefrain from use or threat of use of forcein their relations;

Summit.

It is the executive organof the Organisation,entrusted with the

implementation of thedecisions of the two

preceding bodies, and islocated in Jeddah, Saudi

Arabia.
