AUX ACCORDS DE PARIS DE 1991 SUR LE CAMBODGE

CHERS COMPATRIOTES, CHERS AMIS,Il y a 21 ans, les Accords de Paix du 23 octobre 1991 sur le

Cambodge ont soulevé un immense espoir auprès du Peuple Khmer, dans sa conquête de sa liberté, ses droits fondamentaux, ainsi que l’indépendance et l'intégrité territoriale de son pays. Malheureusement tout s’aggrave d’année en année, sous le régime de Hun Sen-PPC, dominé par le colonialisme viêtnamien.

La Communauté Khmère d'Europe, le Comité des Frontières du Cambodge (CFC), la Fédération des Khmers du Kampuchéa-Krom (FKKK), le Parti du Salut National (PSR et PDH), la Ligue Cambodgienne des Droits de l’Homme et du Citoyen (LCDHC) et d’autres personnalités de la Communauté Khmère de France, vous invitent à venir nombreux à la manifestation de commémoration de ces inestimables Accords de Paix de Paris, qui aura lieu :

Demonstration

For a True Implemation of Cambodia’s 1991 Paris Peace Agreements

Dear Compatriots and Friends,21 years ago, the Paris Peace Agreements of 23 October 1991 on

Cambodia represented a great hope for the Khmer people, who were looking for freedom, fundamental rights, and the independence and territorial integrity of their country. Unfortunately everything is getting worse and worse year by year under the Hun Sen regime, the CPP, which is dominated by the Vietnamese colonialism. The Khmer Community in Europe, the Border Committee of Cambodia, the Federation of Khmer Kampuchea Krom, the National Rescue Party (SRP France and Human Rights Party), the Cambodian League of Human and Citizen Rights and other personalities of the Khmer Community of France invite all of you to participate in this demonstration to commemorate these highly vital Peace Agreements, which will take place on:

Sunday, October 21, 2012at the Esplanade of Human Rights (Place du Trocadéro, Paris)

from 2:00 p.m.

Let us unite and support the Paris Peace Accords and condemn the deliberate violation of these Peace Accords by the dictatorship of Hun Sen regime-CPP under the Vietnamese colonialism and the other signatory states.
