1. Udayapur Cement Industries Ltd re- invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the procurementof VFD

2. Eligible Bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at thehead office of Udayapur Cement Industries Ltd, Head office of Udayapur Cement IndustriesLtd, Jaljale Udayapur. Telephone No 035411012, Email: procurement@ucil.org.np

3. Bidding documents may be purchased from the above office of Udayapur Cement IndustriesLtd, Procurement Department, Phone: 035-411012, Email: procurement@ucil.org.np byeligible Bidders on the submission of a written application, along with the copy ofcompany/firm registration certificate, and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs.3000or the bidder has to furnish a deposit voucher of the same amount deposited in the bankaccount if downloaded from the eprocurement website

4. Sealed Bids must be submitted to the above office of Udayapur Cement Industries Ltd,Procurement Department, Phone: 035-411012, on or before 14:00 hours on [2074-04-04(2017/07/19]Bidders who have submitted their bids electronically must submit hard Copy ofwithin 7(Seven) days from the date of bid opening. Documents received after this deadlineshall not be accepted.

5. Bids shall be opened in the presence of Bidders' representatives who choose to attend [15:00hours on [2074-04-04 (2017/07/19]at the office of Udayapur Cement Industries Ltd,Udayapur, Jaljale. Bids must be valid for a period of 120 days counting from the day of bidopening and must be accompanied by bid security, amounting to a minimum of 2.5 % of thequoted Bid amount (exclusive of VAT),in UCIL’s current account which shall be valid beyond(i.e; [2074-04-04 (2017/07/19].

7. The Employer reserves the right to accept or reject, wholly or partly any or all the bids withoutassigning reason, whatsoever.
