As specialist family business advisers, we understand that family and business can be two very different and conflicting systems at work. It is actually understanding the day to day challenges that helps us to identify potential issues in order to start looking for the right solutions.

Steve Oxford, Oxford’s Bakery.

Steve is the fourth generation of Oxford’s a traditional, artisan English bakery, and we are delighted to welcome him as our guest speaker.

Oxford’s journey began in September 1911 when Frank and Olive Oxford bought the village bakehouse in Alweston, near Sherborne.

The bakery itself has been standing for well over 200 years and the ovens used today were installed in 1921. But it’s not just a bakery!

Steve will not only share the history of Oxford’s, but also his background and route into the family business.
