Thursday – October, 10 – Qualification Round – Start 9:00 am (if necessary) and Main Draw will star in sequence Friday – October, 11 – Tournament continues – Main Draws Saturday – October, 12 – Quarter-finals start 10:00 am and Semi-finals 4:00 pm Sunday – October, 13 – Finals – Start 10:00 am

20 Entry fees
US$ 150 per player (not event) Payed in cash before beginning of tournament. We will not accept old dollar bills. If entry fees are not paid according to the regulations, the players concerned are not allowed to play. The member association that enters a player into a circuit tournament is responsible for paying the entry fees for that player. Players who withdraw after the day September 10, 2019, will be required to pay the ENTRY FEE due to withdraw. The payment invoice will be sent directly to the players Badminton Federation.

22 Conditions The draw Will be conducted under the BWF Competition Regulations.
23 Withdrawals
Please ensure that the organizer will be informed immediately when a player has to withdraw, together with the reason. Attention: Any withdrawal after the Monday immediately preceding the draw, for any reason whatsoever, renders the Member Association concerned liable to an amount of $ 150,00 for the inconvenience caused by the withdrawal (as defined in BWF General Competition Regulations).

29 Doping Control
Doping control in badminton, in accordance with BWF Anti-Doping Regulations, is conducted out-of-competition and in-competition with the collection of urine and/or blood samples. Athletes are responsible for any substance found in their body. Before an athlete takes any medication, they should check with their doctor, and if necessary, get a Therapeutic Use Exemption (TUE). Integrity
Section 2.4 of the BWF Statutes (Code of Conduct in Relation to Betting, Wagering and Irregular Match Results) relates to anti-corruption and anti-match manipulation, and this code applies to all participants at this tournament. To protect the integrity of BWF sanctioned tournaments, participants are not allowed to bet in any way on badminton matches, respect the principle of fair play, and shall not attempt to influence the course or result of a game or match. Every person has an obligation to report to the BWF any approaches by anyone to gather inside information or to change the outcome of a matches.
