Plata Latina Overview
PLA Objective:Discover Mexico’s next great high‐grade silver district
• Innovative Exploration Strategy targets the discovery of new high‐grade Ag‐Au districts by combining the classic epithermal‐vein Ore Horizon Model with theMexican Silver Belt ConceptModel with the Mexican Silver Belt Concept
• Led by Mike Clarke, with extensive exploration and mining experience in Mexico, discoverer of several high‐grade Ag‐Au deposits in Mexico and , g g g pbacked by resource investors with proven track records
• High‐Grade Discovery already in progress at initial drill project (Naranjillo)

World’s Premier Silver AddressThe Mexican Silver Belt – PLA Exploration Focus
TSX.V: PLAThe Mexican Silver Belt PLA Exploration FocusHistorical Epithermal Ag‐Au Vein DistrictsMexican Silver Belt
Mexico is the most silver‐endowed country on earth‐ over 5 billion oz of Ag from high‐grade epithermal vein districts ‐
Major historical silver districts define the Mexican Silver Belt‐ over 800km in length and 50‐100km in width ‐
‐ offers exploration a large, yet focused target area ‐

Naranjillo and Guanajuato DistrictsTSX.V: PLA
Naranjillo and Guanajuato Districts
• Guanajuato District – over a billion oz Ag and 6 million oz Au produced from high‐grade epithermal veins – a classic example of a historical bonanza district discovered and mined in Spanish Colonial times
• Naranjillo is proximal to Guanajuato ‐ located 35‐40 km SE of Guanajuato and on the same structural trend that hosts Guanajuato’s veins
• Drilling at Naranjillo has discovered veins identical to Guanajuato in mineralogy, texture and Ag‐Au grade
• Most of Guanajuato’s Ag‐Au came from the Veta Madre where wide high‐grade• Most of Guanajuato s Ag‐Au came from the Veta Madre where wide, high‐grade orebodies were found along a fault contact between two contrasting rock types (Red Conglomerate and Mesozoic basement rocks, or Red Conglomerate and volcanic rocks)
• Recent Naranjillo drilling has identified a target in a geologic environment identical to that hosting the Veta Madre orebodies – this presents a very prospective target for future Naranjillo exploration drilling
