The Fund’s objective is to provide investors with regular monthly returns from investing in secure loans made by the Fund.

The Fund provides loans for residential development, commercial development, retail and industrial property, development construction or acquisition; and for business acquisition, establishment or expansion.

WHAT RETURNS CAN I EXPECT AS AN INVESTOR?

The Sovereignty Wealth Income Fund has been established to provide investors a fixed, regular monthly income distribution for their portfolio.

The Fund is targeting income of 8% to 9% pa (after fees) depending on your investment term. This income is derived from interest paid on the capital you invested. It is paid monthly in arrears.

Approximately 2.42% per annum (including GST) of the gross asset value of the Fund. This fee is not deducted from your investment amount. This fee represents the difference between the income generated by the Fund and the distributions paid to investors and the Promoter Fee of up to 1.65%. This is only paid after all distributions to investors have been paid.

WHAT WE LOOK FOR WHEN ASSESSING LOANS

Our Lending Committee completes a comprehensive due diligence research process on all potential loans and borrowers that are presented to Skyring.

Preservation of our investors’ capital is the cornerstone of our lending policy. The loan assessment process includes, but is not limited to; independent valuations, geographic location assessment, independent Quantity Surveyor reports, maximum Loan to Valuation Ratio positions along with the borrowers experience and an acceptable security position for Skyring’s investors.
