According to most experts, you will need approximately 70% to 75% of the amount of money you are earning at the time youretire in order to maintain your standard of living during retirement.* This income will need to be paid to you from your sav-ings, retirement plans and Social Security benefits.

• Currently, more than 20% of aged Social Security recipients are living solely on Social Security.*

• Women represent over 70% of those people receiving Social Security benefits who are over 85 years old.*

• Workers in their 20’s and 30’s can expect current Social Security benefits to be reduced by 26% beginning in 2041 and to continue to be reduced each year if the system remains unchanged.*

• It is estimated that 850,000 people will be more than 100 years old in the year 2050.**

• Unfortunately, more than 50% of Americans have never attempted to figure out how much they need to save.***

THE POWER OF TAX DEFERR ALIn a retirement plan, your money is not taxed until you withdraw it, usually at retirement.

This means you pay no current taxes on your investment, or the earnings it generates, until you take money out of your retirement account. Ifyou combine tax deferral with compounding, the results can be dramatic.

This chart illustrates an example using a 30 year-old person who plans to retire at age 65 and invests $200 a month into their retirement plan.Assumes an 8% annual rate of return. These examples are hypothetical. Calculations have been simplified for illustrative purposes. The investment return and principal value of many investmentoptions will fluctuate so that an investor’s units, when redeemed, may be worth more or less than the original cost.

Tax deferral can significantly increase your retirement account value.

PRE-TAX SAVINGSWhen you contribute to your employer’s retirement plan, your benefits begin immediately and are typically in the form of pre-tax savings.

The money you contribute is deducted from your pay before federal taxes are taken out, thus reducing your taxable income - and yourincome taxes! While taxes will be due when you withdraw the money, you may then be retired and possibly in a lower income tax brack-et.

DOLLARCOSTAVERAGING

Dollar-cost averaging: Investing a fixed amount at regular intervals of time.

Dollar-cost averaging may allow investors to more effectively navigate the ups and downs in the market. A person who investsthe same dollar amount each period will buy more shares of an investment when the market price is low and fewer when itsprice is high. As a result, the average purchase price may be lower than the average of the market prices over the same periodof time. Dollar-cost averaging is a technique that eliminates the anxiety of trying to time the markets.

The combination of investments you select has the greatest impact on the growth of your money.

There are three major types or classifications of investments to understand. Being able to understand these basics will put you well onthe way to preparing for your financial future.

3 MAJOR T YPES OF INVESTMENT OPTIONS

STOCKSStocks represent shares of ownership in a public company. The market value of a stock is determined in large part by the success or earn-ings potential of the company. Historically, stock investments have provided the highest long-term returns when compared to othermajor investment options. Stocks also have the highest level of risk, since their price movement can be unpredictable and can fluctuatewidely.

BONDSA bond is simply a loan from an investor to a corporation or government. The borrower pays interest over a specified period of time tothe investor and pays back the principal at maturity. There are 3 major types of bonds, Corporate, Municipal, and Treasury.Treasury bondsare issued and guaranteed by the U.S. Government. Municipal bonds are issued by local and state municipalities. Corporate bonds areissued by companies. Bond prices will fluctuate with movements in interest rates and other factors.

CASHCash and money market, or fixed interest securities, are short-term interest bearing investments. They generally provide a lower returnwith less risk. Some conservative funds are also called stable value funds because the money you put into them generally will not fluc-tuate up or down. The greatest risk may come from the potential inability of cash to provide long-term returns greater than the rate ofinflation, thereby decreasing the investor’s purchasing power over time.

Investment returns will fluctuate, cannot be guaranteed and do not predict the future performance of any investment. The principal value of an investment in mutual funds will fluctuatewith changes in market conditions. Mutual fund shares, when redeemed, may be worth more or less than their original cost. An investment in mutual funds involves certain risks includingpossible loss of the principal amount invested. No assurance can be provided that a funds’ objective will be achieved. Mutual fund shares are not insured by the FDIC and are not depositsof, obligations of, or guaranteed by any bank.

DON’T PUT ALL YOUR EGGS IN ONE BASKET.

Each different type of investment carries a level of risk and reward. Generally, the greater the risk, the greater the potential return. It alsomeans you are exposed to the greatest risk of loss.

You should focus on the potential risks and rewards of the various asset classes or types of investments and develop your own invest-ment plan according to the level of risk and potential reward you are willing to accept.

D IVERSIFY, DIVERSIFY, DIVERSIFY

Diversification simply means spreading out your money among different types of investments that have different characteristics. This isoften called “Asset Allocation.”

Generally, when one type or class of investment does well, another type or class may not. For instance, when stocks perform well, typi-cally, bonds do not. It is important that you consider investing in different types of assets. This may allow you to lower your total accountrisk with a goal of experiencing smoother overall investment performance.

The Morningstar Style Box reveals a Fund’s investment style as of the date noted on this report. For equity funds the vertical axis shows the market capitalization of the stocks owned and the horizontal axis shows investment style (value, blend, or growth).

Morningstar Risk evaluates a mutual fund’s downside volatility relative to that of other funds in its Morningstar Category. It is an assessment of the variations in a fund’s monthly returns, with an emphasis on downside variations, in comparison with the mutual funds in its Morningstar Category. In each Morningstar Category, the 10% of funds with the lowest measured risk are described as Low Risk (LOW), the next 22.5% Below Average (-AVG), the middle 35% Average (AVG), the next 22.5% Above Average (+AVG), and the top 10% High (HIGH). Morningstar Risk is measured for up to three time periods (three-, five-, and 10 years). These separate measures are then weighted and averaged to produce an overall measure for the mutual fund. Funds with less than three years of performance history are not rated.

Prior to 2007, the benchmark was 50% 90 T-Bill plus 50% Merrill Lynch 1-3 Year Treasury Index. The historical returns shown are compared to the current blended benchmark. While it is believed that the benchmark used here represents an appropriate point of comparison for the Fund referenced above, prospective investors should be aware that the volatility of the above referenced benchmark or index may be substantially different from that of the Fund; and holdings in the Fund may differ significantly from the benchmark or index if the investment guidelines and criteria are different than the Fund.^Consumer Price Index as reported on 7/9/12.1The Wells Fargo Stable Return Fund (the “Fund”) is a collective trust fund for which Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. (“Wells Fargo”) is investment advisor and trustee. Galliard Capital Management, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Wells Fargo, serves as subadvisor to the Fund. Performance is net of all fees. The Fund is not insured by the FDIC, Federal Reserve Bank, nor guaranteed by Wells Fargo or any affiliate, including Galliard Capital Management. Past performance is not an indication of how the investment will perform in the future.

GalliardCapital Management, Inc.

The Fund’s investment contracts are designed to allow for participant transactions at book value. A principal risk of the Fund is investment contract risk. This includes the risk that the issuer will default on its obligation under the contract or that another event of default may occur under the contract rendering it invalid; that the contract will lapse before a replacement contract with favorable terms can be secured; or that the occurrence of certain other events including employer-initiated events, could cause the contract to lose its book value withdrawal features. These risks may result in a loss in value to a contract holder. Other primary risks include default risk, which is the possibility that instruments the Fund holds will not meet scheduled interest and/or principal payments; interest rate risk, which includes the risk of reinvesting cash flows at lower interest rates; and liquidity risk, which includes the effect of very large unexpected withdrawals on the Fund’s total value. The occurrence of any of these events could cause the Fund to lose value.

Investment Performance

The Fund seeks safety of principal and consistency of returns while attempting to maintain minimal volatility. The Fund is designed for investors seeking more income than money market funds without the price fluctuation of stock or bond funds.

Investment StrategyThe Fund is primarily comprised of investment contracts issued by financial companies including Guaranteed Investment Contracts (GICs), Separate Account GICs, and Security Backed Investment Contracts. GICs are issued by insurance companies which guarantee the return of principal and a stated rate of interest. Separate Account GICs are GICs issued by an insurance company and are maintained within a separate account. GICs are backed by the general account of the insurance company while Separate Account GICs are backed by a segregated pool of assets. Security Backed Investment Contracts are comprised of two components: investment contracts issued by a financial institution and underlying portfolios of fixed income securities (i.e. bonds) whose market prices fluctuate. The investment contract is designed to allow participants to transact at book value without reference to the price fluctuations of the underlying fixed income securities.

SEI/AARON’S 401(k) RETIREMENT PLAN

In order to permit our employees to save money on a before-tax basis and to defer payment of federal and state income tax on earnings generated by such savings, the Company sponsors the above-named Plan. You may elect to defer a portion of your compensation by completing this form. The completed form is not effective until it is delivered to the Plan Administrator. If you do not complete this form, you will automatically be enrolled in the plan at a deferral rate of 3% of your compensation. You must make investment choice, but completing the Initial Investment Election Form or by going online to www.daypak.net. If you do not make an investment choice, contributions will be invested in the Moderate Model Portfolio. EMPLOYEE INFORMATION Name (Please Print): Social Security Number: Birth Date: __ Hire Date: ______ ___________ ELECTION TO MAKE SALARY DEFERRAL CONTRIBUTIONS An account is established for you under the Plan to which will be credited that percentage of your compensation which you designate on this form as your Salary Deferral Contribution. You can first enroll during the pay period in which you become eligible. If you enroll after that pay period, or wish to change your deferral election, your new election will be effective in the first pay period ending in the Company's calendar quarter following receipt of this form by the Plan Administrator. If, however, the election is to discontinue deferrals, the election is effective immediately (unless you indicate otherwise below). In determining your Salary Deferral Contribution, you should consider the following:

* Amounts that you designate as Salary Deferral Contributions will be allocated to your account as fully vested contributions.

* Amounts that you designate as Salary Deferral Contributions will be deducted from your compensation and, therefore, will reduce your take home pay. Salary Deferral Contributions are excluded from your income for federal and state income tax purposes. In addition, no federal or state income tax has to be paid currently on amounts earned in your account. However, all amounts withdrawn from your account are taxable (subject to possible further deferral through rollover).

* If you are less than 50 years of age during the plan year, the annual limit, set by law, on the amount you can deduct from your

taxable compensation as Salary Deferral Contributions is $17,500 in 2014. If you are age 50 or greater anytime during the plan year, you may defer an additional $5,500 in 2014.

* You cannot withdraw your Salary Deferral Contributions and earnings prior to meeting the distribution requirements outlined in

the Plan. (However, a loan from your account can be made, subject to certain limitations.) Because of these limitations on distributions, you should elect to make Salary Deferral Contributions only to the extent that you are willing to commit these contributions to a relatively permanent savings plan.

SALARY DEFERRAL ELECTION Subject to the terms and conditions of the Plan, the undersigned hereby elects and designates the following amount(s) as a Salary Deferral Contribution to the Plan: I elect to defer % (between 1% - 70%) of my compensation each payroll period as Salary Deferral Contributions. (Enter

zero if wishing not to defer.)

If this is an election to discontinue deferrals the election shall be effective --

Immediately (first pay period ending after election is received)

Starting in the Company's next fiscal quarter. If this box is not checked the election to discontinue deferrals will be effective immediately.
