To help businesses by promoting the very latest techniques in work organisation and manufacturing.
It seeks to achieve its objectives by training, informing and
assisting in the adoption of new technologies and the creation of
new businessesEstablished in 1952 with the Marshall Plan experiments.
1994 Foundation. Its founders and supporters include five Chambers of Commerce from the Veneto Region, the
Council of the Province of Vicenza, the main Trade Associations and State and private bodies.

The Study Groups constitute the backbone of CPV and they are aimed at
promoting the exchange of information and knowledge between
entrepreneurs, managers and technicians by organising
conferences, meetings and study visits.Thanks to their close links with the manufacturing world and the
real problems of companies, they are able to deal with highly topical themes. The Study Groups currently operating are:

The Technology Counter, promoted by the Chamber of Commerce in Vicenza, provides companies with support on specific matter concerning industrial
property (trademark, patents for industrial inventions, etc.), quality and
certification on technical regulation and on innovation in general. As an
authorised Pat Lib (Patent Library) centre, The Technology Counter has
received the special recognition from the European Patent Office and from the
Ministry of Productive activities.The Technology Counter also provides information and
consultancy on regional, national and EU Call for Proposals on innovation and transfer of technological know-how.
