How It Works:We identify various target casino venues for placement of games. We form an investment company specifically for that venue. This new venture remanufactures or purchases slot machines to place in the venue. The investment is instantly protected by the security of a physical asset: the slot machines.


How It Works…The machines are then placed on the floor of existing casinos, alongside units from other vendors or manufacturers. The investment company is paid, by the casino, a lease fee equal to a percentage of the revenue generated by our slot machines (the “win”).


How It Works…• That lease percentage is a flat percentage fee based on the

daily “net win” of our slot machines (“net win” is defined as cash played in the machine minus payouts to winners).

• Your share of the investment company is based on your percentage of the overall investment required to acquire and place the game units in that venue.


How It Works…To further secure our investment…and control your R.O.I. …in some cases we obtain either a management contract or the casino license itself to control the entire gaming operation and legally feature our games!

This gives your R.O.I. and extra level of protection and control that no other gaming investment can provide.

And, because this based is our 30+ years casino operation, you (as the investor) are not subject to intrusive background checks and licensing procedures. We take care of all of that.


InvestmentDetails:• The actual cost of your investment is

based on the costs of different types of machines placed on the casino floor (standard slot machines, “slant top” sit down units, bar tops, etc.; as well as different titles and themes of games).

• You will be issued shares in the investment company equal to and based on your percentage of investment in the individual venture.


The return on your investment is based on the “floor average” (the total lease payment divided by the number of our units on the floor) and paid proportionately to the number of units of your investment.

The return and term of the investment is 5% of the “net win” of the units, proportionate to your investment, for five years or until you have a five-times (5x) return on your investment (principle returned plus four-times principle), whichever comes first. At the end of the term of the investment, the ownership of the machines is purchased from you for $1.

This gives you an accurate snapshot of what to expect and it allows us to make adjustments to maximize the investment. (For example, if machines at “Casino A” are generating $x more than units at “Casino B”, we may elect to move some of the “Casino B” units to “Casino A” or to another better-performing property.) This constant monitoring, combined with the decades of experience from our group, maximizes the investment potential.

Tax Advantage

Because your investment is secured with a tangible physical asset (the machines themselves), you also realize a tax advantage of amortized depreciation of the units, proportionate to your shares in the investment company.


Terms Of Investment

Fifty percent of your total investment (50%) is paid at the signing of an agreement and issuance of shares.

This triggers the acquisition and placement process to make the games operationally ready to install in the selected venue(s). There will be no revenue generated from the investment during this preparatory period of up to two-months.


Terms Of InvestmentYour investment will be used to acquire, re-manufacture, ship, and install slot machines and associated technologies and/or to secure the most lucrative deals for you with select casinos.

You (or one principal of your group) will be given access to real-time data reports showing the actual revenue being generated by your units at specific casinos. This allows you…and us… at anytime to assess the actual revenue versus projected return on investment.


Terms Of Investment: (also known as “the fine print”)

At the end of two months (60 days), the remaining 50% of your investment will be paid. In the event that the units are not operationally ready to install on a casino floor at the end of that two-month period, you will be paid 10% interest on your investment until the remanufacturing or acquisition process is complete and the units are operationally ready to install. Additionally, if at the end of the two month period the games are operationally ready to install but have not been placed on a casino floor, you will be paid 10% interest on your investment until the units are installed on a casino floor. This, of course, is not withstanding a force majeure or “act of God”

prohibiting either process.
