Hapinoy delivers stocks in monthly basis. The nanay inputs the stocks sold by customers in a certain period of time (i.e daily, weekly… etc).

Inventor-e does the work of monitoring the inventories and of computing the sales. The information is sent to both parties (nanay and Hapinoy). If the stocks delivered by Hapinoy are not enough,

nanay is notified to buy her own stocks to be sold from a third party.
