HISTORY

Invenio QD in BULGARIA was set-up in 2015 with the encouragement and support of major automotive OEMs and suppliers.

Since 2015 Invenio QD commenced business in Bulgaria, focusing on Supplier Quality Developement, Training Sessions and Engineer outsorcing. We are providing service to major automotive OEMs and suppliers.

Since 2016 Invenio QD commenced recruitment services to major automotive and other organizations.

Reaction timeDepending on the type of service requested (head hunting or outsourcing) and the position level, the reaction time varies from 10 to 25 working days

Hiring ratesDepending on the position level and the number of employees needed the fees vary, but are not higher than 2 gross salaries of the hired employee

Development opportunitiesThe Client might decide that an outsourced employee is a valuable resource and extend a request to Invenio QD for transferring the employee

Responsibilities and costsThe basic terms and conditions of cooperation are presented in a form of an offer and negotiated during the initial fazes of establishing a working relationship
