On behalf of our GCAAA..We would like to invite the entire Alumni of GCA along with their family on 9th & 10th

November 2013 at Govt. College of Architecture Tagore Marg Lucknow to participate in General Body

MeetingSince this would be our first GBM to be held on above said dates, so you are requested to ensure

you presence well in advance. In the same continuation we request the entire alumni to show our strength and

THE GCA ALUMNI ASSOCIATION (GCAAA) ANNOUNCES THE CALL FOR

1) PAPER for the SOUVENIR

2) Presentation by the alumni for KNOW YOUR ALUMNI

3) Projects along with profile and bio-data to be presented in PRATIBIMB for the 2013 GBM and Ist Re-union In

Lucknow. The event will take place on November 910 at FOA, GBTU, Lucknow.

1) What can be submitted for paper and presentation?The paper can feature diverse spectrum of industry, from sustainable design to active living to best practices and

new technologies. The papers can also discuss the achievements in the profession or any research work in the field.

How should the entries of the paper be presented?

Entries should be in Microsoft word document. The text should be in 12p Times New Roman and contain not more

than 2,000 characters. Photographs should be enclosed.

2) How should the entries of the presentation be presented in the slot given" Know your Alumni".

Entries should be in Microsoft PowerPoint presentation. The presentation should be of 20 minutes.

3) What can be submitted for Exhibition?

Entries can be buildings or social and city planning projects of all sizes to show the achievements in the field.

It can be one project or the group of projects.

How should the entries of the Exhibition be presented?

Entries should be presented on Two A2 sheets, landscape format, in one PDF document. The submitted material

must include a brief introduction of you along with a short text describing the project. Site plans, sections,

illustrations and photographs should be enclosed. The hard copy of the entries should be send to the office of

GCAAA before 22nd oct. 2013.
