Feather LiftGoal: Time

Use only breath to keep a feather in the air for as long

as possible

One Arm ReachGoal: Height

Balance on two arms only

Remain balanced on one and each as high as possible with other

Bench ReachGoal: Distance of object from bench

Kneel with knees solidly on padded bench, larger

person close to thighs and holds ankles

With one hand behind back, reach and move object as

far away as possible before returning to upright position

Butt HopGoal: Speed

Hold feet with soles of feet facing each other

Balance on butt

Hop

Back BendGoal: Distance from pole

Stand with feet hip width or wider, back to pole

Reach backwards and slide hands down as far as possible,

feet must stay flat

If bottom of pole reached, move closer to pole

Stick JumpGoal: Width of hands on stick

Place hands hip-width apart on stick

Two-footed jump over stick

Move hands closer and try again

SiturtagGoal: Time

Balance in squat position, butt below knees, hands

free

Shift weight from foot to foot, kicking opposing foot

directly out to the side

Stick dropGoal: Number of sticks

Balance stick on back of hand

Pull hand away quickly and try to catch pencil before it drops

Add a pencil and try again until a pencil drops

Lie hip to hip opposite direction to

partner

Link elbows, raise inside leg and on

count of 3 link behind knee and try to pull

Musk-Ox PushGoal: Winning

Face partner on hands and knees, tuck chin,

head underneath opponents arm pit

Keep hands, knees and tops of feet flat on floor

Sit back to back, link elbows (right over left

and left over right)

Alaskan High KickGoal: Height

Balance on one hand and opposite foot, hold other foot with other hand - jump off the ground and kick with free

foot as high as possible. Must land on free foot.

Starting position on knees, tops of feet flat on the floor

Can swing arms and butt for take off

Must land on both feet

Sledge JumpGoal: Count number of successive two-footed jumps

Must complete as many successive two-footed jumps over an obstacle

as possible
