Information ArchitectureJust like building a house, the most important step is creating a good structure. Information Architecture takes complex models and transfers them into orderly sitemaps to create the foundations of your product.

Page 5: Introduction to WE MAKE SENSE

UX DocumentationWe create UX documentation that helps to develop function requirements, high-level specications, user manuals and wiki systems to enable our clients to take control of their products and ultimately realise key business objectives.

WireframesWe use wireframe development for your application to dene content and functionality. These blue prints combined with good Information Architecture can save time and money in design and development by providing a well-thought-out project plan, and can later be converted into UX Documentation for our customer’s reference.

PrototypesYou wouldn’t buy a product that didn’t work and neither would your clients. Prototyping gives our clients the ability to see what is truly possible for their products, helping us to break conventional design restraints and push boundaries.

The ProblemA team of talented developers can create amazing products but Bridgeall had trouble translating their powerful new system into something an end user could easily navigate, understand and would use in their day-to-day life.

The SolutionWe ran several workshops with the development team to help us understand the technology, what was possible and what their product vision was.

The results of these workshops were a well planned search system and information architecture, which led to a cohesive set of wireframes and an eective, glossy design solution.

This package of services allowed them to move from concept stage to a cutting-edge marketable product.

Case Study : Bridgeall

‘Working with We Make Sense has been a fantastic experience for us. The processes they took us through helped make our product not only a reality but also a great user experience. We’ll denitely be working with them again on future projects.’ David Kerr, Director, Bridgeall

The ProblemThe Giggle Group’s client, a UK household name, needed a new intranet system, for their 6000 employees, based on the popular social networking site Facebook which would integrate with their existing system, allow for additional functionality in future updates and be easy to use for sta of varying degrees with computer literacy.

The SolutionWe guided The Giggle Group through a step-by-step process of functionality denition, technology consultation, information architecture and wireframes to create solid building blocks for the system

By extending these foundations with a creative user interface design, we created not only an excellent user experience for the sta but a sellable product in the process.

Case Study : The Giggle Group

‘I hired We Make Sense to help us out on a number of projects and found they are an excellent additional resource to our existing team. They are innovative, commercially aware, great to work with and deliver fantastic results on time and on budget.’ Steve Garrat, Managing Director, The Giggle Group
