Prior to founding Themis, Nibhrant worked as an Investment Banker in New York and London,
before returning to Mumbai and holding senior positions in karROX Technologies Ltd. and
Eyeglobal Technologies.
Nibhrant has a B.A in Economics from Northwestern University (Kellogg School of Business)
Monica Doshi
Prior to joining Themis, Monica has worked with GE Finance, karROX Technologies (as COO)
and as the Managing Director of LMI, one of India’s largest leadership and professional
development companies.
Monica has extensive experience in consulting, HR and Learning & Development, and has
completed projects across the USA, Asia and Africa
Management Team
Surendra heads the Accounting & Finance Advisory division at Themis. He is a qualified
accountant with more than 15 years of International and Indian experience in accounting,
auditing, assurance, compliance, transaction advisory & financial reporting services across
sectors. Previous works with firms such as Grant Thornton and Hari Bhakti, in India and abroad
under IFRS, US and Indian GAAPs.
