• Currently rolling out across the state

• Admission & Discharge reconciliation processes
• Alerts eg allergy, pregnancy contraindications
• Antimicrobial stewardship (restricted antibiotics)
• Medication Administration
• Therapeutic drug monitoring
• Reference material
What’s out of Scope• Orders placed on the Intravenous Infusions & Additives Order Sheet (IV
fluid order sheet)• Hospital Outpatients• IV oncology medications • Continuous IV infusions eg. NIKI pump, Insulin, Heparin • Total Parenteral Nutrition (TPN)• Complex pain infusions i.e.. Patient-Controlled Analgesia (PCA) and
