Each provider and SC Agency needs to have an “administrator”
assigned
*Only one person from each agency should have the responsible to
contact the CDS
Each SC will need to have an account with CDS
The administrator will email [email protected] to request accounts
for each SC (providing SC name, email and last 4 digits of soc. #)
Instruct your SCs to request accounts from the administrator. They
should not contact CDS themselves.
