Teaching Experience1. How long have you been teaching?I have been teaching for 10 years as an English teacher in a public school, the main public high school, here in Navotas.

2. Why do you like teaching?The thing I like best about teaching is being able to actually give a student's knowledge, give them something that I have and always be able to. I still have more to give, I dont ever lose it myself. Its like a gift that you can give without having to actually spend money for something other than giving my time. But I mean I am basically paid to give my time to do something I like to dotell them something I know.Hobbies and Interest1. What do you do on your spare time?I do relax, especially my voice after teaching that is in order for me to prepare my voice for the next subject and while relaxing, I am browsing and reading my power presentation again for me to be equipped in discussing the lesson.2. Where would you like to travel?I want to go to Canada or California to visit my cousins there. Especially my cousin in Los Angeles, it is because she is my favorite cousin of all time. I miss her already, especially the things that we do enjoy doing togethersinging and dancing! 3. What pet/s do you have and how long have you it/them?I have 3 beautiful dogs. I consider them my fur-family, for I love them so much. I love animals. My eldest is already 7 years old, the 2nd is 5 yo and the 3rd is yo. They are my stress relievers after work.Teaching1. What makes you an effective teacher?I think I am effective it is because I always make sure that I come to class prepared with my lesson/topic. Explaining to them clearly and making the lesson easy to understand is a great factor I think, for my students to understand the lesson and I think that is the reason why, most of my students love me. 2. What type of teacher are you?As an English teacher, I need to be cheerful and should sound excited about the lesson or else why should my students be, when I, myself as a teacher is not showing interest in the first place? I am fair and just type of a teacher. Love and Respect. Students work hard, earn their grades, and are entitled to their opinions. My task is to facilitate their learning process and makes the complex language of English be an easy task for my students. And how can I forget the greatest word, Passionmy passion for teachingPassIOn for me means I Pass On. Passing on, sharing the knowledge, the love, the virtues and etc. (I have learned this in one of the seminars that I have attended.)
