insert the liner into the frame (internal size:485mm x 255mm x 60mm) 16.5LB N.W.after freezing.

Fill with fillets (the fillets have been boneless and skinless)

trim the surface after full.

Closing the case, remember the top must cover the bottom.

freezing :2.5-4 hours, temperature:-30ºC ,pressure： 4.5-5.0, the plates should not be lifted in the first 40 min.
