•The Europort of Shengjin will be constructed between Commune Shengjin and Velipoje, at the coastline of Renci mountain, at an uncultivated costal zone, unexploited, at a rocky hole, by putting P= 89 % of the portal structures into the sea and p=11% of the portal structures in the land.
