• Mechanical approach: Pulling. This approach was chosen because we worked with children, using other methods like chemicals was not going to achieve our goal and it’s dangerous to children, vegetation and insects that lives in water.

• Let’s all heed the call by KZN Dept. of Agriculture, Environmental Affairs & Rural Development which says; “Think Global and act locally to save our planet”.

• We recommend that the Government Departments, Municipality take full recognition of Primary Schools and start to invest in them for this country to progress. In Zulu we say “Inkunzi isematholeni”
