How we interact with each other in the organization we are employed toA set of understandings or meanings shared by a group of people

Meanings – in any organization a number of micro‐cultures or subcultures exist since different people interact in a different way with each other.  

That existing with each other should however be covered by an overall cultural blanket safeguarding that this interacting follows the core values set by top management
