Parental consent is obtained for use of student photos on the school website.
Parents of children starting school in Year 7 receive a letter asking them to 'opt out' if they do not want their child's photo taken to be used in any school publication either online or in print.
Data protection
The school's VLE (Virtual Learning Environment) is called 'Frog'.
It is a school community environment and is accessed by staff and students with the network-administered usernames and passwords.
