• TCM access version 8.9 must be uninstalled before installing TCM 9.0

• Turn off anti-virus programs• Log in as Administrator• Microsoft SQL Server 2005 Express will
install automatically if the installation does not detect any version of SQL Server 2005.
• Installation will install a SQL database on your “Server”
