The iconic, intuitive control wheel and large, high resolution TFT-touch display make operating our ovens a breeze. Pyrolytic self-cleaning means the oven will clean itself when you need it to and gentle SoftOpen and SoftClose doors control the action of the oven door gently, quietly and safely. It’s all in the detail.

Programmes like 4D Hotair give consistently perfect results on all four shelf levels. The PerfectBake sensor measures the moisture level of your dish and automatically regulates the baking process. The PerfectRoast meat probe with three measuring points determines the core temperature of your food to the exact degree.

When you cook with a Serie 8 oven and experience PerfectBake and PerfectRoast, there is almost no limit to what you can do. The combination of these two sensor-controlled functions ensures that your oven always knows exactly how your dish is progressing. It sets the optimal heating mode, temperature and cooking time accordingly.

Everything you need at hand: our new, intuitive control wheel makes cooking

easier than ever. With just a small turn of the stainless steel ring, you can

adjust any of your oven’s settings. The TFT-touch display, with its clear and

straightforward design, guides you through the various menu options. This

gives you full control over your dishes at all times with the perfect end result.

The intuitive control wheel and full-width, high-resolution clear-text TFT-touch display with direct select TouchControl-buttons make operating our ovens a breeze. The first recipe collection in the form of an oven.

Baking has never been easier. The PerfectBake sensor offers precise sensitivity and constantly measures the moisture level of your dishes as well as automatically regulating the baking process. You’ll never have to set the heating mode, length of time or temperature again – the PerfectBake sensor has it all under control. Simply select the type of dish, such as “Cake”, and press “Start”. Your oven will do the rest. The result: breads and cakes baked to perfection.

Traditional British beef, Easter lamb or Sunday roast chicken – with the PerfectRoast meat probe, you’ll get perfect results every time. Just like a professional chef, but with complete ease. Three highly sensitive measuring points, determine the core temperature of your food to the exact degree and second, guaranteeing perfect roasting results.

You could search through stacks of cookbooks without ever finding precise information on temperature or cooking time for your oven. Thanks to Bosch Assist, you don’t have to worry about that anymore. Simply select the desired dish in the control panel and your oven automatically recommends the ideal heating mode, shelf level temperature and length of time. All you need to do is press, ‘Start’. Of course, you can also select these settings yourself every bit as easily.

4D Hotair.Thanks to 4D Hotair, you can place your food on

any of the four shelf levels and the results will be

consistently perfect. Our new fan wheel makes

it possible: it changes the direction of rotation

during operation to distribute heat evenly on

every level. And that’s not all: with 4D Hotair,

you can also bake and roast on up to four different

levels simultaneously. For reliable results

from top to bottom.

4D Hotair

Truly perfect baking and roasting requires not only the ideal temperature, but also the appropriate heating mode. From 4D Hotair to Hotair Eco to drying, Serie 8 ovens offer up to 15 different heating modes that deliver great results, whatever the dish. For everything from haute cuisine to simple daily dishes, exceptional quality is guaranteed.

Hotair Eco.Hotair Eco is a version of Hotair cooking, the most commonly used heating mode in

homes. Thanks to special temperature controls, your oven is never a single degree

hotter than necessary and uses up to 30% less energy. This makes our ovens great for

precision cooking on a single baking level – ideal for cakes, casseroles, meat dishes,

frozen foods, and much more.

Top and bottom heat Eco.In addition to classic top and bottom heat, Serie 8 ovens feature a new eco-friendly mode

for extremely efficient operation. Prepare perfect sponges, cakes, delicate pastries,

bread and rolls while saving valuable energy.

Pizza settingUseful for pizzas, quiches and tarts, this function uses bottom heat and a fan for crispy

bases and a fan to gently cook the top.

At last, someone in the house who enjoys cleaning up.Anyone who has ever cleaned an oven by hand knows how exhausting and time-consuming it can be. However, this chore is a thing of the past, thanks to our new EcoClean Direct cleaning aid or pyrolytic self-cleaning function. While the oven is in operation, the special EcoClean Direct coating works to reduce dirt accumulation. The pyrolytic cleaning function burns off grime at the touch of a button – so your oven practically cleans itself. You won’t waste a minute on cleaning, leaving you more time to enjoy cooking.

EcoClean Direct. While the oven bakes or roasts, the special direct

coating of microfine ceramic particles on its interior

walls absorbs grease and residue and breaks them

down through oxidation. All you need to do is wipe

the bottom and inside of the glass door. The direct

coating also regenerates every time you heat the oven,

and continues to do so for the entire service life of

the appliance. To remove substantial residues, simply

activate the EcoClean Direct cleaning programme.

Pyrolytic cleaning. When you activate the pyrolytic cleaning function,

the oven heats up to 480°C and burns off any grease

and food residue. All that’s left is a little ash that you

can easily remove with a paper towel. Depending on

the degree of grease and dirt that has accumulated,

select one of three different cleaning programmes

and press “Start” – your oven will do the rest for you.

And because the baking trays and shelf rails are all

pyrolytic-proof, you can leave them in the oven

during cleaning. Only the wire shelves need to

be removed.

VarioFlex Pro.The innovative VarioFlex Pro basket system offers

you a whole lot of different adjustment options

and maximum flexibility when loading and

unloading dishes.

There’s only one way to handle dirty dishes: put them under pressure.

Even the dirtiest of dishes come up brilliantly clean thanks to the Super 60°C programme. The new high-speed pump generates intense water pressure inside the machine to remove residual dirt for a spotless shine. In addition, the programme delivers brilliant drying results.

Red touchpoints.Touchpoints indicate where to fold down the foldable

racks or adjust the height of the upper basket. Thanks

to these markings, you can instantly spot how and

where to modify the baskets so you always have the

perfect solution for every combination of dishes.

TFT display. The new high-resolution top display offers helpful

hints and supplementary information for optimum

dishwasher use. For brilliant dishwashing results that

are always right on time.

TimeLight.Bosch dishwashers are so quiet sometimes it’s hard

to tell whether they are on or off, especially on fully-

integrated models where there is no visible control

panel. The new TimeLight indicates the programme

status and time remaining onto any floor surface.

OpenAssist.Now you can fully integrate your dishwasher into

your handle-free kitchen thanks to OpenAssist.

Simply by pressing gently on the door front,

OpenAssist enables you to open your dishwasher

without the need to compromise your sleek kitchen

design with a handle. There is also a child lock option

for security.
