01. briefing !We conduct a joint definition and assessment of all the project requirements and expectations. Through detailed checklists of required, desirable or prohibited features at all relevant levels (commercial, technical, manufacturing, economic, etc.) we make sure we fully understand our customer needs.


02. offer !Once the objectives, conditions and scope of the project are clarified, we prepare a customized offer, divided into phases and based on deliverables. !Our agile structure and flexible work organization allow us to be clearly competitive in the sector.


03. analysis !We carry out a thorough analysis at several levels: !‣ user-product interaction: cycle of use, value, function, human-factors (ergonomics, perception,...) !‣ market conditions: competition, trends, regulations, patents,... !‣ technical options: available materials, processes and technologies,... !In each case, we use the appropriate tools and methodologies.


04. concept development !The results from the previous phase define the specific problems to be solved, the opportunities for improvement and the goals of the process of generating concepts and solutions


04b. first proposals !The different alternatives are shown to the customer in the form of sketches, high-definition/photo quality 3D images, volumetric models, exploratory prototypes,...


05. detailed design !Once a solution has been selected we proceed to develop the list of components, materials and processes involved (BOM), the corresponding 3D models for manufacturing, their mechatronic integration, packaging and display, etc. All the way along we take into account the implications for manufacturing and assembly (DFMA), their environmental impact and the incurred costs and investments.


06. engineering and development !When advisable and under customer demand, we resort to check our designs through FEM calculations and simulations of performance, processing and assembly. We also ensure the maximum quality of our proposals with design-manufacturing-assembly FEMAs.


07. prototyping and testing !In this phase we build working prototypes of the final product in order to assess compliance with the initial objectives and with enforceable standards. !We use the most appropriate technology for each case: !‣ processes: STL, SLS, FDM, machining, engraving and laser cutting, precision metalworking, die cutting, folding, ... !‣ materials: plastics (ABS, PC, PBT, POM, PP,...), metals (steel, cast iron, aluminum alloys, ...), rubber and elastomers,...


08. tooling and series-null !Finally, when necessary or appropriate, we help our customers in the search and selection of specific suppliers for required manufacturing-assemblies. We also perform the monitoring and verification of the first samples in order to ensure an optimal product launch. !In accomplishing this task, our customers can also count on our support.


09. product launch !First samples follow-up in the market and first impressions from buyers and users are crucial to refine final details and to ensure success in the life of the product. !Many products with years of successful life in the market support us.
