Wall Mount Bracket Assembly (P/N: AWMB4237-1)

To facilitate a structurally sound installation on the aircraft, ACS offers a “Wall Mount Bracket” which

allows for quick and easy installation of the display. ACS has a FAA PMA on our bracket, which makes it

a cost effective means of mounting our monitors to the aircraft. The bracket is designed to handle ACS’s

37”, 42” and 47” LCD Monitors.

Glare Free Video Presentation

CrystalTint®’s special non-reflective coated front glass actually improves upon the already high contrast ratio of the display.

On monitors without non-reflective coating, glare can make black appear gray. Because of this special coating, CrystalTint® is

able to show pure black and is also able to display white portion as truly white (not the pale yellow common to the average

LCD monitor). The best part is that CrystalTint displays will maintain this high contrast ratio even in bright environments,

such as a daytime flight.

ACS Knows Aircraft Displays

Customers of ACS receive not only our top-of-the line

displays, but our decades of industry leading expertise.

Based on this vast experience, ACS engineers installed

an AC power supply that meets with Boeing current

harmonic requirements (document: D6-44588 3.4.5.5).

EMI suppression is a specialty of ACS, and qualifying

DO-160 data is available. Additionally, CrystalTint’s

safety glass is UL steel ball impact tested.

Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM)

If your specific needs for aircraft monitors are not met by

ACS’s current line of LCD monitors, please feel free to

contact us. Our team of engineers will work directly with

the customer as an OEM facility to deliver unique and

custom designed monitors for any need or application.

Brilliant Color All the Way Around

At an angle, most LCD monitors display an overall tint color

that is either blue or yellow. Another common scenario is that

the brightness dramatically decreases. These circumstances

will not arise with CrystalTint®. All large size CrystalTint

displays have a viewing angle that is a full 170 (H) and 170

(V) with no change in color or brightness.

The Finer Points

The LCD panels selected for CrystalTint® displays make use

of the maximum resolution allowable. For instance, the 21.3”

panel has UXGA resolution (1600 x 1200) making it ideal for

use as a computer monitor.

High Definition

In our relentless pursuit to bring the most cutting edge and

highest quality product to the IFE market, ACS now offers

HD on our entire line of widescreen LCD monitors. Our LCD

monitors are capable of displaying a 720p, 1080i resolution,

making them ideal for entertainment or computer monitor use.

Remote Control Functions:

An ACS remote control is included with each CrystalTint® purchase. Aside from the normal picture quality adjustment functions

(brightness, contrast, etc.) this remote also controls zoom, rotate, and input select to switch between composite and VGA inputs.
